Economic calendar DIRECTLY ON THE CHART

It would be great if you could make something similar to what is in the picture. Simple vertical lines on the chart with upcoming economic release + a few text lines with the news on the top left where the user could define what kind of impact news and how many lines would be displayed. Lastly, it would be great if the user could get a notification for example 5 minutes before the news release.

The horizontal lines are greatly done in Tradingview as a reference. 

The screenshot is from an indicator done by someone in the past, however, it's for years no longer working. Unfortunately. :(
