HotKey for Build/Compile in the Code editor

While some cTrader platform interface navigation operations and functions are supported with hotkeys the cTrader Code Editor has none.

The primary most used function and object of the Code Editor, for most, is surely the the Build button.

Further, even if the hotkey is allocated to some out of the way F function many have programmable keyboards.

Its merely a matter of recording a macro F key press to a reserved programmable key in a faster accessible location on the keyboard.
