Add save/load option to the Optimization parameters

By default, an optimization parameter's window opens with all parameters selected and the max ranges. If you invest the time to correct this and set the right ranges, you cannot save it in a setting file to reload it for another instance later on.

Add a Save/Load option to the Optimization parameters in the same way you have one for the Backtesting parameters.
