By changing the time, the chart is moved to the beginning

Help me
When I used to draw a line in the market in one hour time, by changing the time, it goes to the beginning of the chart and to reach the drawn line, I have to turn the chart back. And it wastes a lot of time.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Can anyone guide me?
