Realtime export in mt4 hst data format.

Add the ability to export in realtime into mt4 hst data format. This would allow older mt4 users to load offline charts updated in realtime or interval updates. This will facilitate mt4 traders transitioning to Ctrader while still be able to hang on to their proprietary indicators and  provide a impetus for user to switch platform to ctrader.
