Hotkeys functionality broadened by mouse buttons

Hotkeys functionality broadened by mouse buttons. It would be good to be able to add not just keyboard keys as hotkeys, but also mouse wheel, buttons etc.. Zooming in/out with mouse wheel is pretty much a standard across all platforms.
