Stop backtesting from CAlgo

As a developer, I want to be able to pause the backtesting process from a cBot using a cAlgo API, so that I can slow backtesting down and monitor the cBots behaviour more closely.

This is especially useful with multi-symbol backtesting so you can for example stop backtesting on the first exception.

I agree. It is a very important feature. I want to be able to pause or change the speed of the backtesting process from code.
