Select/Deselect all parameters in Optimization

Please add a checkbox to select/deselect all parameters for cBot parameters in Optimization.

The default when starting with a new optimization instance is that all parameters are selected.  In bots with many parameters, it becomes a pain to manually deselect each parameter and only add the one or two I'd like to test out.  Or at least change the default to be all unselected, which would be much more useful.

Either change would only take a few minutes to implement, it is so trivial, but would make a huge difference to quality of life in cTrader.
