The ability to specify the % of your account you wish to allocate to a trade and then cTrader automatically gives you the relevant lot size/volume. For this to work you would need to specify the stop loss price so that cTrader can calculate the position based on your current account value, the current price and the stop price.
would be great if cTrader replied to this.

It seems a lot like we cannot do what the original poster suggested.
Prior to setting the % of account to risk we should specify the volume.
Then we modify the % of account and it adjusts the risk in pips.
Whereas we would like to set risk in pips and then let cTrader calculate the the volume based on % of account the user is ready to risk and amount of pips.

well i`m still doing it manually. nothing changed in cTrader 3.8
there is a possibility, but then u have to buy this cTrader Risk & Reward Chart Trading Tool for 30$ what i wont do....
