safer quicktrade buttons with always visible position size

The hidden box where you enter the size is a bit dangerous. Sometimes it happens to open a position from the quicktrade buttons with a volume that is not the desired one, this happens because the ctrader resets the value of the position size everytime you open a new chart. It would be much safer to have the position size box always visible in order to be sure of the volume we are trading.
