Show Only Output Name on its Toolips

When you hover over an indicator output the tooltip appears, but it shows the indicator parameter which is useless as it's already visible on indicator window top left corner, so instead of parameters, it should show the name of output and its value.
It should show the "GBPUSD: 0.01128" instead.
