very smart and important interface feature: tools panel to be moved above trade watch right next to Positions/transactions/journal...

Hi awesome Developers team!
this feature is basic and should very importantly to be add in the next version update...

the tools panel can be moved above the trade watch in this version but it takes so much screen space beacuse it can't be placed right next to Postions/Orders/History/PriceAlerts/Transcations/Journal
instead it has to be placed above it and that norrows that chart space by much! the area right next to those is already empty and it's perfect to be able to use it to fill in the panel and save up some chart viewing space... 

the left side settings panel can be narrowed a little too because it looks so wide and taking chart size for nothing..
