Market Watch Panel optimizations

Some suggestions on optimizing the Market Watch Panel 

 

- make it resizable in width (Will save lots of space for Chart area)

- add "spread" column

- make all columns hideable (Bid, Ask, Spread)

- additional badge for "pending orders"

- option to sort Watchlist alphabetical
