Troubleshooting Feature: Allow enough characters in form for proper bug reporting

Hi

Just run into a frustrating limitation of the Ctrl-Al-Shift-T Troubleshooting feature.

The submit form only allows a handful of characters for describing the bug. 

You would surely get more useful bug reports if you allowed users enough space to make a full description of the issue?

This would be trivial to fix, and I can't see any downside to the suggestion.
