Community Website Suggestion: Add section for utility code

Hi

At the moment the Algo area of the community site contains lively sections for cBots and Indicators.

But there is no section for sharing utility code for common tasks like:

- Risk management

- DateTime management

- Server monitoring

- Logging and alerts

For many areas like these we will all be grinding out the same boiler-plate code.

Much better if we could post useful code and improve it together as a community.

It would save wasted effort, and ensure that we can all access good reliable code for these boring but vital everyday requirements.
