chart scroll by one bar - with a keyboard shortcut - to enable manual backtesting

Very simple: just allow scrolling the chart by ONE bar at a time. Juat like F12 key in MT4. To enable manual backtesting of strategies, by scrolling back to history and then "imaginary" trading by one bar.
