Proper debugger for calgo

A debugger which gives you the option to run line by line so that you can spot where in the code there is something wrong ( finding a nan for example)

Now it is possible to debug your cBots and Custom Indicators in Microsoft Visual Studio.

You can use Visual Studio for debugging a cAlgo Bot or an indicator
