This is actually now possible through CTRL + left arrow/right arrow, or SHIFT + left arrow/right arrow.

This is actually NOT possible. What Anon said on 21 June 2015 works but the focus has to be on the tab for it to work. If you have your focus on a Line tool for example, the shortcut will not work. If I have to move the mouse all the way up to focus on the tab, I might as well just click the tab I want.

The proper way to implement this is to move to next chart no matter where the focus is, as long as the shortcut key is pressed.

It is working.. You should click on pair tab and them press left or right key to change the pair
