Time based Limit orders

At present I can place a limit order based on the price reaching a certain point. But if I want to buy EUR/USD at a certain time (say two hours from now) at the MARKET PRICE PREVALENT AT THAT TIME, (with a certain stop loss and take profit) there is no facility for me to do so. This is specially useful if I am in a meeting or some place where there is no internet connection (say London underground). So presently I am not able to schedule a market order (for say 3 pm.) at the market rates. This advance scheduling facility for placing the order without me sitting by my computer, should be made available.
