Improved ability to convert ex4 / mql to cBot

Most vendors sell their EAs in ex4 / mql format. Please improve the ability of traders to convert their files to use on cTrader!

.ex4 files for metatrader are compiled files, you cannot convert them without the .mq4 source code file. It would be a violation of copyright law if this was allowed. If you want something converted legally to run on the cAlgo platform, You will need to contact the original developer to create it.
