Fixed chart scale

it is really required. I want to lock to a fixed scale and scroll left,right,up and down.

very important because you need a broad vision of the data when developing a robot, unlike when you are trading manually you need detail

This totally needs to be added. I use both MT4 and cTrader and find that this feature is lacking in cTrader!

Some further suggestions;
1) I would also like the zoom to be smoother instead of just doubling in size.
2) I would also like to extend the Y axis passes price so a huge move doesn't overshadow the rest of the bars and I can modify chart for analysis

It says - 'Completed' but I can't find how to use it.

C'mon, it's 2016 already and it's just ridiculous that such a basic and critical(!) feature was not implemented years ago... like at the initial release...
