Chart Ruler showing the vertical pip distance between two points on a chart

Ability to have a chart ruler that you can drag anywhere on a chart between two points and it will display the distance in pips. For example if I want to set a stop loss at a previous swing high and I want to quickly see the distance now between the current price and the swing high, rather than taking the swing high price and subtracting the current price, I would like to be able to quickly drag a line between where the current price is now to the peak of the swing high and it then shows me the vertical distance in pips so that I can tell the distance in pips that my stop loss needs to be.
