Breakeven that includes DOUBLE turn commissions.

Please consider double turn commissions in your feature 'Move to breakeven'

Some brokers take a second commission on closing trades (same amount of first turn), and cTrade doesn't consider it for now.
So we loose money every time we protect a trade... Paradoxical protection :)
