Shortcuts for drawing tools and being able to stay in drawing mode

this feature would help with quick marking out of charts in determining market harmonics and would be enable drawing without going to the toolbar all the time especially for detached charts

yep, I'd like to be able to assign esc key to return to cursor instead of changing layout
