Automatically start multiple instances on VPS

Provide a way in which multiple instances can be started with each being connected to a specific account.

A sample usecase is running the same cBot on two accounts from the same broker on a VPS. When the VPS restarts, there is no way right now to start two cAlgos, each connected to a different account. Right now, both instances will start and will connect to the same account.

It should be possible to automatically start cBots on each instance as described here:

I agree. This is really ugly. I can't find anyway for multiple instance operate in a smooth or stable fashion. Quite frustrating given its perfection in other areas.
