Advance functions that would modify Active or Pending Orders if conditions are met

It would be great to have a tool that would modify automatically the stop-loss, target profit, trailing stops of active or pending orders in the charts, at specific conditions. Example, if a target is reached, i would want the system to close a percentage of the lot, then modify or remove stop-loss, target profit and trailing stops.
