Monitor open Trades in Pips for mobile app

While the monetary value is nice, most traders deal in percentages or pips and it's part of our psyche to detach from monetary value or change positions sizes; so being able to view our open trade's P/L in pips would be a huge benefit in making decisions based on price action.

This is a super basic feature - why is it not incorporated into the mobile version yet? This is 2023!
