Detached Windows should have multiple TiemFrame charts(same Symbol)

Detached Windows should have multiple TiemFrame charts(same Symbol)

Detached Window should have the ability to contain multiple time frames charts .. at least for the same Symbol
this is useful for multi monitors setup
