Customization of the Lot Size Drop Menu

Add feature where the lot sizes appearing in the drop menu can be customized by the trader. (Example - I don't need the 100.00 size, but I could use 0.12 to quickly select from the menu) As it is, I have to type some of these sizes which slows me down when scalping.

This should be a band/range setting. Eg if you're generally trading with Micro Lots you should be able to select the range to be Micro Lots and then all you see is 1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 5,000 6,000 7,000 8,000 9,000 or at least allow us to manually choose the Lot Amount otherwise I have to make 3 entries of 1,000 for 3,000.
