Allow Charts the option of either auto scaling or Free Scaling and movement, like the ability to scale along the Vertical axis.
For example in Ninja Trader you just hold the mouse on the price scale and you can stretch the scale and if you hold Ctrl it allows the chart to be moved up and down

I am not sure I follow... in both mt4 and cTrader, you just click in the chart's right sidebar, and it scales as you want it to.
