OHLC prices and times shown on bottom bar, for ALL charts open

i.e. Detached charts also.

Currently this feature only shows info for charts opened within the main command window.

ALSO, if you could change the colour or font size/style of the info, that would be great. Currently it is way too small, not bold, and the colour grey makes it REALLY difficult to see!
Alternatively, allow the user to right click and format that section?
