Allow modification of "Comment" after a trade is opened.

Allow modification of the "Comment" attribute once a trade has started. Currently, you can only create a "Comment" on the trade at the opening. Being able to do this, would allow the trader to 'name' their own trades, making it easier to identify them when lots of trades are open at once.
