Application Settings - Custom event sounds. Support for .wav and .mp3.

1. Ability to assign custom sounds to application events.

2. Minimum supported events for custom sounds could be:
2.1. Application start-up.
2.2. Application shutdown.
2.3. Place order.
2.4. Open Position
2.5. Close position.
2.6. T/P
2.7. S/L
2.8. Fair Stop Out.

3. Sound files should be located in a folder on the local machine.
3.1. In the absence of a file that has been selected for one or more events, cTrader can just automatically fall back to the default sound/s.
