Ability to assign a short 20 to 40 character text name to accounts.

Example:

[Demo] 1002003 - $ 500,000.00 - 1:10 - "Some custom text name"
[Demo] 1234567 - $ 100,000.50 - 1:50 - "Metals and commodities"
[Demo] 1020304 - $ 200,000.00 - 1:50 - "Long term trades"
[Demo] 1020305 - $ 200,000.00 - 1:50 - "Short term trades"
[Live ] 1122334 - $ 800,000.00 - 1:1 - "Primary trading account"
[Live ] 1122355 - $ 800,000.00 - 1:1 - "Live strategy test 1"
[Live ] 1122360 - $ 800,000.00 - 1:50 - "Live strategy test 2"
