[desktop] Add shortcut to previous time frame and next timeframe as Web Version

[desktop] Add shortcut to previous time frame and next timeframe as Web Version

I don't understand why we don't have this shortcuts on Desktop version as we have on the Web version. Going from web to desktop I MISS A LOT this feature.
