Tick mark spacings on the vertical (price) axis need to be simple rounded amounts

The tick mark spacings on the vertical axis are spaced at intervals of complex decimal amounts, for example 0.75815, 0.76030, 0.76245, 0.76460. For someone, such as myself, used to reading graphs and plots, this makes use of the vertical scale painfully difficult. It would better to set the tick marks at simpler decimal amounts, such as 0.7580, 0.7600, 0.7620, 0.7640, etc. Another improvement would be to freeze the scale range, so that the vertical scale does not shift up or down when the chart is scrolled along the time (horizontal) direction.
