cTrader / cAlgo Update: 1 x for ALL installations

1 update for All cTrader / cAlgo installatons on PC! (not 12 as on my machine)

i have 6 cTrader / cAlgo installations on my machine.
Everytime you make your FORCED(!) Update i have to update all installations -- until you are ready i continue to make my money with MT4... :-|
