Custom Tick Chart

Thanks to add a free custom tick number in the kawase platform.

I would like to test several configuration with 100, 200, 500, 600 ticks,
but to be clear, one should be able to load any kind of value in a chart.

Check out Ninjatrader 7 and 8 that allows that.
