Adjusting SERVER/ candle formation time

cTrader needs a filtering features where one can adjust either the SERVER time or which time ctrader uses for forming cnadles with time frames larger than 1h (4,8,12 daily etc).

The reason for this is that most brokers offering cTrader uses GMT+1 time frame as their server time while the majority of market participants use GMT(UTC) which means that the 4/8/12h chart formations/pattern/S&R lines you get on these brokers with GMT + 1 platforms will looks very different compared to what the majority of traders using brokers/banks with GMT 0 as their server time will see.

In essence this is a very necessary feature because the candle formations on these GMT + 1 brokers platform will be far less observed and therefore far less reliable.
