[mobile] Crosshair should work like trackpad

Crosshair in MT5 mobile is best I've seen.
It works like trackpad.
It doesnt change on touch event in other place of chart (as ctrader and all other apps i tried).
It's smart.
It changes only on drag.

Plus.
Measuring with 2 fingers touch event.

Plus,
magnet mode.

At least at this subject, MT5 did a good job.
