Quit logging out and forgetting my settings!!!!!

Be it mobile site or the app, anywhere between every month or three, the account is logged out, after which I log back it with my settings, such as indicators, language, time zone, etc. are lost forever. It’s extremely annoying and frustrating. Fix it. You should have the money to.
