Some problems in generated History Statements

Some problems in generated History Statements

Tehere are more problems with the Statement.
1., Sort of trades are not met with the users selection. Statement genereted with default settings (ID sorted)
2., Custom colums are missing froim the statement. For example I added the opening Time column in the History but missing the in the Statement.html.
3., Extra column is available (Closed USD Profit - what I do not select in the History tab.
