Bring back Quicktrade shortcut to top or left panel

Like the title says. I use the quicktrade a lot for calculating my position sizes. With the new update it is 'hidden' under the settings wheel. A bit annoying to click more then needed. Another option would be to implement a %risk option like another user has suggested.
