Disable option at 'Single click' in the watch list, and few more things.

1.Add an option that "Single click" does not do anything, it's annoyin that i click on some symbol and it has to open symbol title/panel only,
2. Watchlist 'Drag Out' , add an option to drag symbol in a chart and it's open at that chart, not opening a new one.
3. Add option at "Quick Trade" for BE at X pips, like in the advanced stoploss.
