Can't close position

Can't close position

Trying to close a position by hitting the 'x' but message comes up saying "Your Request to close position o.1 of XAUUSD was cancelled. Empty Price Snapshot.
No good if I can't close positions when I chose to.
If position goes into loss cTrader will bear the loss??
