default view in new chart load everything slows loading in vps

by default when we load new chart it will load every positions, orders, deal map, tick volume etc before displaying

this even slow down i5 intel pc what more in vps. suggest to off all view options by default to free resources. my ea managing upto 1000 over position during forward testing and it is really resource consuming
