CrossHairs " Please Add this asap"

Please add an option where the crosshairs can be on all the time or wile drawing, as How to draw a rectangle from 7 till 10, on the charts at no specific time frames but it's hard for me as then i need to draw two vertical lines first and then add rectangle and then delete the lines if you had crosshairs on like trading view and indicate the Times it would be great
