Stop auto scale for oscillators

Currently, within the viewport for an oscillator indicator, if a 0-100 scale oscillator ranges from 10-50, it still consumes the entire vertical scale of the indicator. At a glance, it makes the oscillator look very overbought when in fact it is in the bottom hard of the scale. Amazingly misleading for anyone who scans charts for patterns.

An oscillator like Stochastic should have a fixed vertical scale of 0-100, unless the user dictates otherwise. I can find no way to set the vertical scale for an oscillator or indicator below the chart.

This is basic 101 stuff. I found a great broker who happened to use cTrader... and cTrader is making me re-think my account with them.
