Initial delay in loading of pepperstone ctrader web platform after log in

recently I am finding that there is a initial delay in loading of pepperstone ctrader web platform after log in! upgraded ctrader web platform is awesome with all the facilities but what happened now, don't know, it is taking too much time to load ! after loading, then everything is o.k. and not finding any delay in operation! pl keep this platform, its chart, order window is unique, i loved this platform! i am afraid that you may be thinking to make it offline as u introduced new desktop download version of ctrader 3.0. if you think so, before doing that, please make available all the facilities in ctrader 3.0 what we were getting in ctrader web platform like a dedicated order window which is not available now and charts which were saved a day back, not being found on next day log in
