introduce 'order at market price at preset time' in ctrader platform

what I am asking for is: introduce a order feature which will enable a trader to place a order at market price of that time which he / she will preset i.e. no price to be quoted by the trader! order will be triggered at the price which will be achieved by the market at that time what the trader has preset. For instance, i will have to place a 'buy or sell' order for Germany 30 at 2.00pm, GMT+4, what i will do is, will only select the time as '2.00pm, GMT+4'' and at the place 'price', i will not write or select anything which will be selected as 'market price' i.e. price will be the at that time which will be at 2.00pm, Ger30 will achieve
